The Westcliff Caravans are seven properties in Westcliff that appear after completion of Westcliff Development in Fable II. Each one costs 990 gold, and any potential spouses will think that they are adequate homes.

One of the caravans will be hard to purchase, but all you have to do is walk up the stairs and you'll be able to access the sign.
