Tibbs is a character featured in Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters. He is a prisoner of Bargate Prison, and appears during the Prison Escape quest in which he is being held in the cell next to the Hero of Oakvale. In between torture sessions and the Warden's notorious annual birthday race, Tibbs converses with the Hero and complains about life in the prison.
Once the Hero obtains the jail key and escapes from his cell, Tibbs may be freed along with four other prisoners. They will cause a distraction while the Hero escapes or join in the fight against the guards; as shirtless, unarmed men, however, they cause little damage and are easily killed.
If the Hero obtains his equipment and eliminates the guards before freeing the prisoners, they may be escorted out of the prison. However, they must be ordered to wait before engaging the Kraken, and after which they will disappear.
