The Human Museum is a tattoo stall in Bowerstone Old Town (Slums version).
How To Obtain[]
When the hero is a child, and has collected all the arrest warrants, give the warrants to Arfur. Once you have done this, continue the story line until you can go back to Bowerstone Old Town as a teenager. You will be greeted by Arfur, run past him and towards Rookridge Road. Underneath the underpass and to the right, the Human Museum can be seen.
