The Tavern Cellar is a location in Fable, Fable: The Lost Chapters, and Fable Anniversary. It is located down the alley behind the tavern, in Bowerstone South. It is normally locked, but it has a connection to the statue at Lookout Point. The statue slowly rotates, ticking like a clock. When interacting with the statue at midnight or just before, it will tell you that the statue is pointing to Bowerstone. The cellar doors will then unlock. Inside the cellar is a chest containing a Leather Chest Piece.
The location is easily missed and is required for the "Definitely Not On Rails" Achievement.
