Randomness[]
My old rogue guilds in other multiplayer rpg's were mostly called The Veiled Hand. I like to think this houses location is placed specifically where it is due to it covering two avenues of access to other areas (keeping tabs on traders and marks entering Bowerstone Old Town and the funerals for graverobbing purposes).
