A Succubus Nymph is a type of Nymph and enemy in Fable, Fable: The Lost Chapters, and Fable Anniversary.
Characteristics[]
The Succubus Nymph is the strongest and rarest type of Nymph, surpassed only by the Succubus Queen. They have greyish purple skin and dark wings, and leave a red aura of flames behind it as it flies. Like all Nymphs it is fast and agile in flight. Its childlike giggle masks its cruel and malicious nature. Succubus Nymphs can be encountered in Witchwood Lake and the Underground Tunnel.
Combat[]
Succubus Nymphs can attack from range by casting fireball spells that detonate when they land, causing what appear to be shards of bone to erupt out of the ground and damage the Hero. Additionally, they can summon three Undead to aid them. During combat, they appear as a sphere of light, flitting about rapidly and only showing their true forms when they attack or summon creatures, which is the only time they are vulnerable to attacks. They can be easily killed with a charged bow shot, but Lightning and Fireball spells will also work. Due to their fast flying speed, attacking with melee weapons is largely ineffective. Succubus Nymphs are weak against lightning, fire, and sharpening Augmentations.
