Rule the Dice is an achievement in Fable Heroes. It is unlocked by purchasing all the abilties for one puppet.

Purchase all abilities for one puppet. This also unlocks a tile on the Inner Board.

Each time you purchase all of the abilities for one of your puppets you recieve this message.
Congratulations! By purchasing all of the abilities on the outer board, you've now moved to the inner board! Here you can buy special abilities, but note that these last for one level only! Unlock more of the inner board by completing achievements. As an extra reward, you've also unlocked "puppets name" as a trophy on the World Map.
The trophies are found just below the Credits Area on the map.
