Rhys is the leader of the Eco Warriors living in the Mourningwood camp in Fable III. He appears during the quest Peace, Love, and Homicide, during which Lesley will ask the Hero to demonstrate his/her propensity for evil by murdering Rhys, who can be found in the camp dancing and singing about peace and love.
