Needle is the name of the Assassin that was a contestant in Witchwood's Arena during The Arena quest. He will sometimes give you tips about how to survive in the Arena. However, unlike most of the other characters in the Arena Anterroom, he will start to ignore you if you ask him too many questions.

While it isn't shown in the game itself (due to him using a generic Assassin Creature Entry), in the game files of Fable his script name refers to him as 'Needle'.
