The Murren Greataxe is a legendary greataxe in Fable, Fable: The Lost Chapters, and Fable Anniversary. It can be found at the top of the Hook Coast Lighthouse in a Silver Chest, which requires 15 silver keys to open. Between the two blades stands an eagle, whose wings are represented by the blades.
Description[]
Little is known about the godlike warrior from whose dead hands this Greataxe was prised. Its deadly blade almost glows with a divine quality.
Trivia[]
- According to the description of the Murren Greathammer, the Murren Greataxe was lost after the Murren graves were robbed following the collapse of the Old Kingdom. Both weapons were said to have been forged by the wills of the gods.
- A similar axe is depicted in the statue of Scarlet Robe, The Hero of Oakvale's mother, in both Knothole Glade and the Witchwood Arena.
