    Hi Enodoc. I recently just got Lost Chapters and Anniversary (yes I got both!) on the Autumn Steam Sale. I was wondering whether there was a page or category I could use to see what images on the Wiki are missing or even articles which could do with an updated image.

      I think Category:Articles without pictures covers both of those things.

      That's great Enodoc. I'm still working my way through the category getting the images when I can. I've also made some decent headway into the image categorization project at last. Sorry it's taking so long. 100s and 1000s of images take a while.

      I do however have a question about our infoboxes here. In particular when an editor uploads an image for an article with the exact same name as the article itself, the image will magically appear in the infobox without having to edit it in.

      Now this seems like a really great idea however it also appears that when this occurs the article is still not removed from the Articles without pictures category.

      Is there any way to fix this besides manually adding the image?

      I think it should remove itself; if it isn't, then {{#ifexist:}} isn't doing quite what I thought it did, and manually adding the image would probably be the only way it would work. When an image is there, it's supposed to remove {{Image box}}, which is the thing that causes the category, but perhaps the category is still being parsed anyway.

      Hmmm not sure why it is doing that. I'm still no expert at using Parser Functions (not even sure where to start) so it might be easier for me to just deal with them when I see them in the category than editing the template itself.

      Also thank you for correcting my edit on the Wrack article. Never knew that was something we could do. Learn something new everyday

    Hi Enodoc

    So I've been seeing a lot of edits on the Wiki which seem to add a lot of extra information to articles which are superfluous in nature if I was being honest. Edits such as those from this user.

    Now I'm unsure whether they were done with good intentions but I have treated as "inserting gibberish or nonsense" to the article and rolled them back.

    Was this the right thing to do?

      I think they mean well but go overboard on exposition and bombastic language, meaning that whatever point they are trying to get across gets lost in a lexicological quandary. If you can identify the point and trim out the superfluous, that may be better than an outright revert.

    I just found out that many of the prices for the DLC for Fable III are outdated and some of the DLC are free.

    DLC price changes to note were the Dog Breed Set and Traitor's Keep which are both free. I have updated both articles and the Fable III Downloadable Content pages to reflect these changes.

    Just wanted to let you know just in case I had made a mistake.

    Image Categorization project - Vetoed Images

    Hey Enodoc

    I've been sorting through some images and started vetoing those which I've marked for deletion. However I noticed that the images aren't removed from the main category page and placed into Category:Image Categorization project/0.

    Was this an intentional function of the template? If at all possible could the template be edited so they were taken out of the main category once vetoed as it would make sorting a bit easier without sifting through a backlog.

    Please could you have a look for me and let me know what's going on?

      As long as Delete is there, it doesn't really matter whether it's vetoed as well or not. Eventually I'll get around to deleting them wherever they are.

    Hey Enodoc, it's been a while.

    How is everything going? Feels like I've missed a lot of things since I was last here.

    I am sorry for the long absence from the Wiki. For a long while I have been meaning to say I had started university way back in September 2015. So as you can imagine it's not been the easiest thing balancing work in life and editing here so I haven't able to come back here as often as I would've liked.

    However I wanted to leave this message to say that although I'm not around as much I still would very much like to continue working on the Wiki and especially all those brilliant projects from way back when.

    So I guess without further delay I'll dust off the old editing cap and see what I can tidy up :D

      Hey there! I haven't been around here much either, but I still check in now and then. There's not really much going on here since there's not really much going on with Fable. Except Fable Fortune I guess but we seem to have almost completely missed that one.

      Yeah I saw that on Steam a while ago and it came out of Early Access. I wouldn't mind adding it to my To Do list but seeing as it's moved from an RPG to a card game that's quite a different format.

      However I can't deny that it's free to play so I might give it a look at some point. I was hoping to get Fable Anniversary in the hopes of getting some new screenshots for the Wiki. Been a while since I uploaded any back when I had to use my camera phone haha
