Marna Jennings was the mother of Isiah, she was murdered by a Bandit simply for a necklace. She will be encountered during Ghost Granny Necklace in Fable: The Lost Chapters and Fable Anniversary.
Story[]
She lived in Orchard Farm with her son and his wife. One day she was planning on giving her son a gift a family heirloom on his wedding anniversary while she was on her way from Greatwood Lake. She was ambushed by a Bandit that came out of nowhere and killed her brutally by stabbing her three times in the chest and stole her necklace from her. Then her son Isiah found her dead body and then he buried her near his house. He deeply mourned his mother and missed her very much.
Fable: The Lost Chapters and Fable Anniversary[]
Later she was came from her grave and was not in peace as she wanted her neckline to be returned to her son. When the Hero of Oakvale comes to her aid she tells him to head to Greatwood Lake and find the culprit. She wants him to avenge her and retrieve the heirloom. Marna then spots her killer and asks the Hero to kill him and give the necklace back to her son. After killing him the hero returns the necklace to Isiah who thanks him and hopes that his mother rests in peace.
After returning the necklace she thanks the Hero for the help and says that she will now rest in peace and she returns to her grave. Later when the Hero speaks with Isiah he tells the Hero that his mother is at peace and thanks him.
Trivia[]
- On Marna's grave Isiah has written Loving Mother which indicates that they both had a very close mother-son relationship.
