- The amount of instances of "Ego" in the description may be alluding to "Project Ego " the codename Fable went by in early development.
- The description seems to also poke fun at Lionhead co-creator Peter Molyneux's infamous and long-standing reputation of overpromising to the public in the build-up to each Fable games' release throughout his time as the series' figurehead
