Joe is a bandit under the leadership of Twinblade at Twinblade's Camp. He will be encountered during Find the Bandit Seeress in Fable: The Lost Chapters and Fable Anniversary.

Joe is one of the bandits under Twinblade's leadership. He guards the door to the camp and watches over the new members in the gang.

He opens the gate for the Hero of Oakvale. He can be seen guarding the gate and he says that the Hero must be a new recruit and tells him to start his duty. He mentions that Twinblade must be hiring new men.
