The Hall of the Dead is an exclusive dungeon that shipped with the Fable II Limited Edition. This location has been made available as of February 24th, 2014 through the Xbox LIVE marketplace.
It can be accessed through a dive spot found in the sea at the end of the docks in Bloodstone. Inside the dungeon at the end there is a legendary weapon, The Wreckager.

Even though the Hall of the Dead is located in Bloodstone, it appears as one of possible fast travel locations for the Bowerstone Cemetery map.
