The Golden Carrot is a food item found in Fable, Fable: The Lost Chapters and Fable Anniversary. When consumed it can change night to day, as well as restore your health. There are a few ways to get Golden Carrots. One way is to dig them up. They can be found in various areas. Another way is to smash barrels.
In Fable Anniversary, the dig spot in Greatwood Entrance is not visible, there is no difference in colours, nor a ring of mushrooms or flowers or anything indicating a dig spot. Facing the exit to Orchard Farm go around the rocks to the hero's right, it is next to to first white tree (around the southernmost part of the map).
