Most frequently, the Equaliser, Avo's Lament. and the Shrieking Pilgrim, not excluding others of kindred identity - Beadle's Cutlass and Scythe's Warhammer manifest relatively frequently, e.g. -
So receiving an "evil" rare-class or elite-class weapon in the Ossuary, if truly materially transpired and reported, is an extreme statistical anomaly minimally, and, more realistically, a glitch carrying no import. I have encountered one such example personally.
Every video game, as every humanly concusciple aesthetic creation (DUH), can be "glitchy" and "imperfectly executed", to whatever extent, however phrased, as we human anthropoids are not perfectionist mechanistic automatons of inerrancy - including the creative nuclei class of "devs"...
Also: there are indeed intra-differentiated "good" scenery variations, objectively. I am not lying above, even if the observable details are very subtle and almost imperceptible, and I admittedly probably require a higher-definition television screen to really document this fact... The above scenery picture is a rough, poor sketch I am sure incorrect in some micro-details, but the reality of a hierarchicalized scaled alignment-reading, within each category, is real...
